Bill Harlor is a retired Certified Public Accountant who spent the last 20 years of his professional career in various tax planning roles for the General Electric Company (GE). Prior to GE, Bill was a Senior Tax Manager at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Bill graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and a Master’s Degree in Taxation.
Bill has been active in SOWMA since 2021. In 2022, he and his wife, Annmarie, established the Soaring Scholars scholarship program which provides financial assistance to students actively engaged in SOWMA’s Bridge Mentoring Program as they pursue post-secondary education or trade school. The Harlor’s live in Norton and have two daughters, Amanda and Erin.
