Matt Galligan has more than 40 years of experience as a financial services executive across multiple disciplines, including real estate, investment banking and private wealth management. He recently retired as Vice Chair of CIT Real Estate. Matt has built successful de novo real estate finance operations, transforming large businesses for superior performance and growth. He has been a trusted strategic advisor in the C-Suite. Currently, Matt is a Senior Advisor to Keller Augusta, a real estate specialty executive search firm. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and NYU’s Stern Business School. Matt resides with his wife in New York. He has two sons, both of whom work in the real estate industry. Matt chairs SOMWA's Development and Marketing Committee.
