Mr. DeSimone is a Director at Beacon Equity Advisors, a boutique Merger and Acquisition Firm located in the Boston area. He is involved on a daily basis in the valuation, marketing and transaction negotiation of closely held companies. He is the Director of their Deal Bridge Service, which provides supports for buyers and sellers that already have an existing relationship. Mr. DeSimone started his career as CPA at Deloitte and Touche. From there he spent fourteen years in corporate finance and accounting roles for Staples, Workscape, Inc, and the Princeton Review. Prior to joining Beacon in 2016, he started and grew his own consulting and coaching practice focused on helping family business with succession and exit plans. Mr. DeSimone holds a BS in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the USA500 Charitable Giving Circle and the former board member, current membership committee member and tournament director at Pocasset Golf Club.
