Elizabeth Perkins joined School on Wheels in July of 2022 as Education Coordinator. She is also a site coordinator for several sites. Previously, Liz had interned at School on Wheels during her senior year at Bridgewater State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is planning to pursue her Master’s Degree in Education. Liz looks forward to every day she sees her students. “Seeing a child grow and learn is so rewarding," she said. "It’s wonderful knowing we’re helping their future,” she added with a smile. When not working, her hobbies include cooking, baking, and reading, as well as learning languages such as Haitian Creole.
