Barbara Griffin

Director of Finance and Administration

After more than two decades of experience in financial and administrative management, Barbara Griffin joined us in May, 2024. She brings a wealth of experience in accounting, regulatory compliance, and donor / grant management.

As the Grant Accountant and Compliance Officer at Operation Stand Down in Rhode Island, Barbara oversaw financial administration and ensured regulation compliance for state and federal grants. She managed accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, financial statement preparation and reporting.

Previously, Barbara served as the Director of Administrative Services at The Doolittle Home, Inc., where she led budget preparations, managed payroll functions, and facilitated year-end audits. She gained extensive experience during her tenure at Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., where she served as bookkeeper, handling tax, account reconciliation, and other finance & administrative duties.

A graduate of Emmanuel College with a degree in Business Accounting, Barbara enjoys managing her own small business, crafting and gardening.
